“Dear Matty, Nick and team, I’m finally getting around to thanking you for the fantastic job you did on my house. Everyone is so impressed and the architect actually asked me to let him know if I was ever considering selling! High praise from a man who loves good workmanship. It looks like it was here for generations even though it's less than a year old, but it has all the comforts of modern building standards. Thanks for making all the finishing bits so easy, from awkward shaped tiles to the amazing parquet floor. And all my friends have wardrobe envy – the doors turned out perfectly, and they are really in keeping with the old look of the house. I absolutely love the finished floor in the hall … It’s a real showpiece when people come in. Thanks for never minding when I changed the plan! I really think I’ve ended up with one of the nicest houses in the country and your multiple skills, attention to detail and approachability were huge contributors. Good luck with your future projects and feel free to send anyone who wants to see your work to look at my house – I love showing it off!”

Mark helped to come up with design ideas based on his years of experience and relished in the challenges set by this fussy housewife...! ;-) "So you don't want an architrave eh...?" We would have no hesitation in recommending MG construction for any building job and we are extremely happy with our extension of a sunroom onto the end of our kitchen, and new insulated shed.”

I have found that Cullen Builders’ quotes are very reasonable, they have guided me on materials needed and also on recommendations along the way. “I am living in an EcoHouse development here in Ratoath. It is an exceptional home by any yardstick. One has only to open the front door on those Autumnal evenings, to feel the warmth inside. The internal layout is perfect, and it utilises all available space to maximum effect. Maintenance and upkeep is minimal, perfectly tailored to the singleton lifestyle! Triple glazed windows, and high spec doors not only maintains internal heat levels terrifically well, but greatly enhances the building from a security perspective. All in all, it is a dream home to live in, no one has encouraged me to write this ... I have only come upon this “Review” section while browsing. I have been residing here for two years now, and I have zero plans to move elsewhere”
