Working as the project manager in the rebuilding of my home after a fire, I found him easily accessible and available and immediately responsive to my questions, requests, and suggestions. The advice he provided on design was superb and his ability to grasp and handle a large number of challenges and problems made the job go quickly and smoothly. “Jay Martinoli and his crew re built 3/4 of my home 3 years ago. They showed up every day and didn't leave me waiting .His crew was respectful and fun to work with. He helped us plan an new layout for our home. He turned a house that was from the 1970"s and falling apart into a beautiful modern home. We had a 3 season porch that was totally falling apart he tore it down and built us a family room with cathedral ceiling and made it the same level as the rest of the house so it became part of our first floor greatly increasing our living space . He gutted out our old outdated small kitchen and gave us a beautiful huge kitchen any chef would love to work in now both me and my husband can cook at the same time. He tore the wall down between my dining room and the kitchen and made a open floor plan. He took advantage of every bit of space we had to open the home up and give us more living space. He also gave us 2 new bathrooms and the tile work is beautiful. While one crew was working on the inside he had another crew siding the house and putting a new roof and installing new windows. We are extremely happy with our new home . And the cost was reasonable I used to go to my friends houses and wish my home was like theirs NOW my home is even better than theirs. Thank You Jay”
