“JMJ just completed an ipe deck for us, and from start to finish it was a very positive experience. After several bad experiences with unreliable contractors and construction people, it has been wonderful to work with JMJ! Josiah and his team started this project on schedule, worked consistently, and finished right on schedule and on budget. They worked through difficult weather conditions in good spirits, were pleasant and reliable. And our deck is beautiful! It's a fairly simple design, but well constructed and exactly what we wanted. The ipe wood is not the easiest to work with, but JMJ were experienced and knew what to expect. We are completely pleased with the product and won't hesitate to hire JMJ again.”

“The basement finishing project was started as soon as details were agreed on. It was finished on time also, even though most of the insulation had to be replaced with a more healthful kind at the request of the owner. The walls were drywalled and ceiling tile installed. Cove lighting was put in and some can lighting. All the workers were easy to work with, cleaned up after themselves.”

“Pineview completed an 'extreme make-over' for our cottage at Clark Lake. We purchased a small cottage that basically needed to be gutted. Pineview found professionals for us to complete the electrical and plumbing and completed the contruction part of our make-over to perfection. Uneven floors, a new bathroom and taking down a wall was just the beginning of the 'to-do' list. Pineview is professional and brings years of experience and knowledge to a project; we love them! “We began working with Mike McKay of M-R Builder Inc. nine years ago when he built our home. He also provided my wife Joyce, who designed the home's interior with valuable suggestions and advice. The house was completed on schedule and on budget. Several years later, after our positive experience, we began a restoration project involving a number of historic stone barns adjacent to our home. The barns were all part of a 120 year old complex that had fallen into considerable ruin. To date Mike McKay has worked with us to design and restore one small stone cottage and is currently converting the old barns into several large homes. We have extensive photos of the project and are including pictures of the original barn complex as well as before and after photos of the project.”
