“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. “Trustworthy, reliable and honest. Over the last two years, we have done several major renovation projects. After working with a handful of contractors on other jobs, I can say without a doubt, Eagleview Construction is the best experience we have had thus far. Eagleview installed a second story deck with stairs to a lower deck and living in a city with very strict building codes, it was a complicated project involving custom engineering. They kept us informed along the way of how the project was to progress, and worked with the city to ensure we met all the city requirements. Throughout the project they were very professional, kept the work site clean, were always on time and kept the project on schedule as promised. The end product is a beautifully built, up to code deck that we can now enjoy for years to come. “We really enjoyed working with Aaron and Justin of Home Guru Inc. on our kitchen renovation and are thrilled with the results! They helped us to make our space more open, modern and functional. They listened to what we wanted and helped us work out the details of how to get there. As with any renovation, especially one where you are opening up and taking down walls, there were some surprises and setbacks, but Aaron and Justin worked diligently to help us attain our goals and try to stay within our budget. The thing we appreciated most about Home Guru was that we felt they were trustworthy and were always trying to do things in our best interest. We were never worried that they were trying to rip us off, cut corners, or give us the run around. They were reachable and easy to communicate with. One of their areas of expertise is in "smart" home automation, which we decided to incorporate into our reno. We adore the programmed lighting that adds to the mood of our space. Our favourite elements would be the in-ceiling speakers that we've added to the kitchen, living room, bedroom and backyard. We can now play or stream music all over house depending on our location and mood. Music is a big part of our lives and has become a part of our children's lives as well. Our new open-concept kitchen has improved the flow of our house and the overall feeling of the space. The kitchen looks beautiful and the cabinets and countertops are of high quality. Andrew has great background knowledge, good contacts and a hardworking crew. He reacted quickly to an emergency flood in our basement while we were out of town which prevented further damage.
