“We've had two jobs done by Tom and Bev and been more than pleased with both. The initial job was a remodel of an existing home office/guest room and adjoining bath. Three years later we engaged them again to replace our dilapidated garage with a two story free standing garage/shop and upstairs studio/guest quarters. The latter project has elicited praise from all the neighbors, and many passersby have stopped to inquire who did the work. In both of these instances we were impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of both Beverly the architect and Tom the builder. Bev really listened to our concerns and worked with us to try out different approaches until we found the design that fit our needs and desires for the space, giving helpful advice and pointing out things that we would not have noticed until too late. She shepherded the project through the permitting and inspection process, making sure that no issues with setback or height restrictions arose. Tom was involved in every phase of the construction, dealing with suppliers and subcontractors as well as keeping us informed with daily email updates on progress made, problems encountered, and what the next step would be. He worked with us to achieve our design goals while staying within budget. Living in a construction zone can be stressful, but Tom's crew were great. The guys take very real pride in what the create. They went about their business with a minimum of mess and were always careful to keep the disruption contained. At the conclusion of the garage job we had an open house and invited the carpentry crew and their families. I would not hesitate to recommend Beverly Thomas LLC for one second and have done so many times.”

“The One Source team led by Todd has been outstanding to work with, and I can't recommend them highly enough. My home was severely damaged via fire and the insurance process was arduous. Looking for a GC I trusted was another painful process. I needed a partner committed to helping me create a new home - not just a house - and rebuild to the quality level needed for me to feel confident and comfortable. Todd has been phenomenal, from start to (almost!) finish. The care he has taken in making sure I'm getting what I want is a mark of true professionalism and commitment to real service. And, while Mother Nature dealt some blows that slowed us down and added to the statement of work, OS has worked to get us back on track, plus dealt with extra insurance paperwork. I'm looking forward eagerly to the date I move back in and crack open the champagne bottle!! Will post pics!!”

“Andy's first project was our back deck in 2021. His attention to detail, pride, and craftsmanship in the job, made it an easy decision that we would hire him again. We did glass panel railings and added gorgeous lighting. About a year later we hired him to renovate 2 bathrooms. He guided us to a great local cabinet and local tile company he has worked with for years. Both companies that apply the same level of detail as him. He always adds a creative touch that improves the functionality, and was willing to work with my creative ideas too. In my kids bathroom, we put a lot of thought into getting the right placement for shelving in the shower and we have a motion-sensored under vanity lighting (to light the floor) to act as a night light. Every time I walk in the bathroom I think it just looks stunning. We will definitely hire Andy for future projects.”

“This husband and wife team were able to bring to life a powder room I had envisioned but couldn’t make happen. I had seen a sink and pedestal on Houzz and Pinterest that I loved but couldn’t find in the states. They were able to duplicate the design at a reasonable cost and pull together the rest of the bathroom for a complete look. Their communication skills are top notch, their employees were there when they said they’d be there, always neat and cleaning up as they went along.”

“Put in Cove lighting in media room and built screened in area under deck. The work was well done. Weather contributed a bit to a delay in finishing the outside work. The company is very busy and slow to provide estimates. Once contract is signed they keep to the schedule and if there is a schedule change they notify you in advance.”
