“Working with Louis and his team from LB General Construction on my apartment renovation was an extremely pleasant process which is quite an unusual statement to make about a contractor. They completely remodeled a NYC apartment including new floors, taking down and replacing doors and walls, entirely new bathroom and kitchen, new electric throughout with panel, new heating and AC and all permits. The quality of the work is excellent and throughout the entire process communication was easy and very timely. All of the workers on the job were polite, nice and extremely tidy. Best of all his prices were reasonable, the job was finished on time and within the original budget agreed at the outset of the project. Finally there were no surprises whatsoever throughout the entire project. At the end of the job, I consider Louis not only a trusted partner on my renovation but almost a member of the family. Beth”

“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“I had the absolute pleasure of using Pro Bros for my condo remodel! I never had much work done in my home before so I was extremely nervous about where to start and about finding a contractor I could trust that wouldn’t try to take me for a ride because I’m a female. After a few other quotes, I finally found Mike and Joe on instagram (@probrosllc) who came over to do a free estimate. Not only were they knowledgeable and professional, they walked me through everything - step by step - and kept me calm throughout the whole process. I finally felt like I was being treated like a human and not just some customer - especially cause they were always quick to respond to all of my countless calls and texts (lol sorry guys!). They redid both of my bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms - floors to ceiling - in such a quick amount of time! It was beautiful! I was able to sell my condo well over asking price in 2 months time - although it was really sad parting ways with it then!! THANK YOU MIKE AND JOE!!! “Pulatani Builders transformed my outdated ( at the time of purchase ) Hell’s Kitchen loft into my “forever home.” Alex and his team went above and beyond as far as craftsmanship is concerned , and what’s more impressive is that my building’s super actually got along great with him and his team as well. “Platinum Construction is true to its name. We received platinum level work from start to finish. It was clear from the beginning that we didn’t need to worry about the quality of their work, or their attention to detail. They had to renovate a kitchen where nothing was level or plumb. We were very impressed with their ability to work around technical difficulties that came up during construction, and always with an eye toward what we wanted, not what was easiest. They were cheerful, punctual, and thorough. We absolutely love our new kitchen. We wouldn’t work with anyone else!”
