A-1 Heating and Cooling
Heating Engineers in San Ramon, CA
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars10 October 2014
“I had a whole new furnace, ducts and air conditioning unit installed by A-1 The workers showed up when they said they would, were very respectful and cleaned up each day after the job. It took them only 3 days to do the full installation. There was a problem with one of the A/C parts and the owner sent someone right away and ordered a new part to get the problem fixed. I was not only impressed with the initial work, but you truly know a company is good with how they handle any problems that arise afterward. I would highly recommend A-1 to anyone looking for Hvac service!”

Mr. Reliable Plumbing & Heating
Heating Engineers in San Ramon, CA
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars27 July 2017
“Had an absolutely great experience with this professional. There was an obvious leak in the hardwood flooring in the corner of my kitchen, but it was hard to identify the source of the water. The previous plumber that looked at it just made an assumption that it was a water line within the concrete slab that may have broke and this would have required jack hammering the concrete and resulting in a job around $2800. Bruce and Tony came by and did a more thorough inspection, including looking underneath dishwasher and inspecting the water meter to rule out the likelihood of it being a leak. In fact, if it was, there should have been a pool of water. Upon further inspection, it turned out that the leak was most likely coming from my neighbor since we have a shared wall. Sure enough, my neighbor had a broken garbage disposal along with remnants of previous water damage. It wasn't exactly clear where the leak was coming from, but it brought us closer to the problem. The issue hasn't been fully resolved since Bruce recommended a more conservative approach by monitoring the situation, but my experience with Mr. Reliable so far has been nothing but excellent and highly professional. Well worth the initial $49 visitation fee and highly recommend.”

Hassler Heating And Air Conditioning
Heating Engineers in San Ramon, CA
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars19 February 2013
“Mike Hassler came by to give me an estimate for a central heating system. He took a big picture view of all the work I'd need to have done and gave me ideas for how to install it for the future. I ended up having a heating system cleaning done for now but feel like the company knows what its doing and as a small family company will do it right.”
Haddon Heating & Cooling
Heating Engineers in San Ramon, CA
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars7 March 2016
“Wow! After 20 years of using a buck stove to warm a 3 story 1920 craftsman house, I hired the Haddon company to install a new central heating system. The house is odd shaped with many unusual structural situations to run ducts through. I got exactly what I asked for. Since, my home has been warm and cozy. The big surprise came when I got my PGE bill. It was a fraction of the former bills, almost 1/3 of what I paid previously. The central heating system has almost paid for itself. Haddon employees were so pleasant to have around. They hauled away my old furnace and a broken water heater, too. They left my home and basement cleaner than they found it. LOVE this company! They are honest and will give you a square deal. They will also work with you with time, structural space and money constraints. I called them about a problem 5 years later and they immediately responded. (it was a loose fuse and all they had to do was tighten it.) Great Company!”
