“I contracted the services of Home Climate Pro, 8 Tarryn Terrace, Richmond, ON K0A 2Z0 Phone:(613) 656-0530 to inspect and clean my furnace and air conditioners at two separate properties and I was impressed. It started with Christine on the phone, friendly warm and couteous. Booked my first appointment. Matt, one of two owners, came to visit and thoroughly cleaned and inspected my furnace. He then explained to me about how much longer I could expect to keep my furnace. He explained the pros and cons of keeping it or replacing it. On his next appointment he did the same thing for my second property furnace and also cleaned and inspected my air conditioner. I appreciated his honesty and he did not try to 'sell' me a new furnace but I now know what my options are. Due to their totally professional manner, I will be purchasing new furnaces and an air conditioner from them when the time comes. I have referred them many times and people who have purchased furnaces and air conditioners from them are more than pleased. It is like a breath of fresh air finding a great company with good people to deal with. Reasonably priced and no upselling pressure. Reliable, consistent service. Thank you Home Climate Pro. “Was very impressed with Steve, From the time we met at the home and trade show. We had six different contractors come in to do a estimate. Steve wasn't the cheapest, or the most expensive. But he told me what I needed to hear, And he worked with me and my situation. He also had everything, Furnace,AC and fireplace. It was one stop shopping, some other contractors only had two outta the three. So if you want it done right the first time, He's your man!”

They were and are on time, professional, and courteous, and tidied up after they completed the work. “Purchased a condo and had no idea the last time my Islandaire unit was cleaned. Phillip gave me an estimated amount which included taking it apart and doing a proper thorough cleaning (not just vacuuming). When he arrived I might add on the worse winter day of April on time!. I was already impressed BUT than he looked at the unit and confirmed that it was not ready to be cleaned. SAVED me $$$$$$. Did not charge for his assessment. I will not only use him in the future but will gladly refer him to everyone in this condo and who hopefully is reading this review!! I hope he remains in business for a long time as, this day and age you do not find a business man with this kind of honest integrity! Gold STAR service. P.S he was highly recommended by Islandaire located in the states and the superintendent in the building.”

“We needed an emergency hot water tank replacement. We called Advanced HVAC on the recommendation of our daughter. The tank was replaced the same day! Two men to remove the old tank and bring in a new tank. We were given options and recommendations for the replacement. We chose a 40 gal, medium efficiency tank. No one tried to upsell us. Everyone we met from the company was curteous & clean. The tech who did the installation was friendly & efficient, cleaned up after himself, & wiped down the tank, before he left. The cost was competitive (just over $1,000 with tax) and we are very pleased with the service!”
