“I contracted Rich to replace a forced hot water boiler and electric hot water heater. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, focused on doing the right thing for a very reasonable price. I had tenants that had no heat and cold weather fast approaching. Rich was responsive, and took the time to make sure he was doing things right. While on the phone, Rich looked at the property on Google maps to understand how he was going to get the new boiler in, came over after hours to check over things and take measurements. I got multiple bids from other contractors, and Rich was the only one to provide open, honest recommendations that had my best interests in mind. He pulled permits, showed proof of insurance and was accommodating around my work schedule. Not only that, but his relationships with others in the industry proved immensely helpful, including a referral for a very competent electrician, and being on first name basis with the inspector. I have no doubt my job was done right. His knowledge and attention to detail are top notch and I would highly recommend him.”

“We had been running our units constantly really really cold and they are old (about 8-10 years). When DiPietro Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical first came out they initially thought we might need new units, but one of the guys came back a few days later after the unit was thawed out and educated us on how we should be using them and they were fine. They were so honest, they could have easily replaced them and we wouldn't have known. They saved us so much money and I really appreciate how honest and ethical they were.”

“I had Obie come in for a weekend rush service and they were able to come by only a few hours later, and had the issue fixed relatively quickly. The fee was reasonable and they were more than happy to talk to me about heating systems, and even though we talked for at least 45 min, they didn't charge me for the info, and didn't even really try to sell me on the product; frankly, they told me that it probably wasn't worth it for me. I would absolutely use Obie again.”

“We had to call on an emergency basis and under very difficult conditions. We had just brought my Dad home with hospice, and were coping with the reality that we were in the final days. With my Dad only feet away the downstairs toilet began spewing water into the kitchen - and it wouldn't stop. Mr. McDougal arrived quickly and handled the situation - inevitably discovering that the problem was a pipe a distance from the house - and arranging for additional professional support to solve the problem. It took hours, it was late and we were already overwhelmed. He managed a difficult situation and solved our plumbing problem under difficult conditions and circumstances. We were very grateful.”

“We have used Fagundes Pluming & Heating for the following: -3rd Floor Bathroom (Sink/Toilet/Shower) -3rd Floor Ductless (1 Unit) -2nd Floor Ductless (3 Units) -1st Floor Heating -Basement Heating -Water Heater Replacement (Tankless) I have never worked with a company that has more top notch people than Al's team. Period. Peter who comes to your house and walks you through your options Sam that runs his team and is involved in every step Sammy, Nick and Ron who are the most polite hard workers in their field Danielle in the office who holds down the fort and answers any questions you have and takes on Mass Save and the rebates Al who is absolutely involved in his business and stands behind everything that his team does. My husband and I moved into Lowell, MA from out of the area and purchased a home that we knew needed some work. Hiring a "professional" without any personal recommendations is a stressful task. At the minimum you hope the people are fair and know what they are actually doing. If I can be the personal recommendation for Al or any member of his team I would be more then happy to tell you what an amazing team he has. They are a hard working, polite and the top of their field. All their work is top notch. We liked the job they were doing and trusted Al and his team so much that we took recommendations from him for an electrician and a contractor.
