“Used Buildtech for a complete renovation of my 100+ years old 2 bed terraced in Dublin 8. Main work involved complete house electrical re-wiring, installation of a new gas boiler (combi boiler), new kitchen including raising the roof as it was initially very low,), bathroom re=tiled with new shower, toilet and hand basin, new doors (front and double glass door opening from kitchen to back garden, internal shaker doors), new triple glazed windows (including for the atrium towards back of house). Very happy with the work, house looks more modern with much more light wwhile still keeping many of the original features. Buildtech's project manager Paul communicated with me regularly, constantly keeping me up to date with progress and giving me recommendations. Project costs were well explained and broken down with any new suggestions clearly communicated and costed.”
