“I hired Metzger Design to finish the basement of a single family home I had just bought sometime in June of 2013. As a professional realtor with a PMP (project management expertise), I usually do more research and explore at least 3 contractors before choosing who I hire. With Metzger Design, I did not have to go to a second or third vendor to compare notes; I was convinced thru the owner and builder himself, Jared Metzger, that I will be in good hands. It was critical I hire a reputable, trustworthy, and highly competent contractor because I was still living in 2-3 hours away from the house I bought and so I wouldn't be able to check on their work on a regular basis. Metzger Design delivered the requirements of my home project on time, below cost projection, and most importantly according to my expectations. Walk thru requests were efficiently addressed. That is to me the essence of high integrity. And I liked Jared's concept and execution of design, not to mention his honest, professional, and friendly personality. We are now enjoying our nicely finished basement!”

“LU Pearce did a major renovation at our home on Gwynn's Island this past year. A new staircase to our second story was designed to replace a poorly situated spiral one. Ken was able to design exactly what we wanted and it came out beautifully, as if it had always been there. A coat closet (under the new stairs), powder room, and new master bath were also part of the project as well as renovation of a guest bath. Thad and the subcontractors were true professionals. They were easy to work with, patient and helpful in decision making from beginning to end. The project was completed within the estimated time frame and I was able to comfortably work with their allowances for lighting, vanities, fixtures etc. to stay on budget. We are very happy with the finished product!”

“Master bath/closet redesign. Relocated and redesigned master bath for better function of the room which allowed for an extremely spacious walk-in closet. Attention to detail during design and execution phases was incredible. No detail, big or small, was overlooked. “Nina and company just finished SAVING me. I am new to the area. New home. New Job. NO TIME to unpack and sleeping on my couch for the last 3 weeks with a bed I could not put together, while being completely overwhelmed with the mountain of unpacking and arranging during my short periods at home. I could not find the time to unpack and haven't had more than two days off in the last 3 weeks either. I was just about to have a melt down, when Nina came to the rescue!
