He listened well and understood what I wanted, helping me refine my ideas and blend them with his. His design changed the kitchen without changing the footprint which shortened the job. Work started and was finished on schedule. While things such as under counters drawers for china storage will allow me to age more gracefully in place, that the new kitchen functions well is topped by the beauty of the space. “My wife and I recently had the opportunity to add an outdoor living area to our house of 19 years. On the recommendation from a friend in the building trades, we hired Bryant Boyd to design and provide build to spec drawings. He and his staff were very easy to work with throughout the entire process. When it came time to solicit bids, we included Bryant Boyd along with two other well known and highly recommended builders. He was the only one who arrived with every one of the associated building trades and he was the lowest bidder. AND not only was everything completed ahead schedule but to my surprise, when all of the incremental billings came in, it was under cost. Throughout the construction process, Bryant and or the project supervisor came by each day (sometimes more than once a day) to make sure every process was running smoothly. The final product has been described as something out of a magazine and we owe it all to Bryant and his staff. A photo should be available on J. Bryant Boyd's web site and on his profile. We felt so strongly about the final results that we posted a sign on our front lawn and invited everyone to drop by on 7 Oct to see first hand the final product. “Levitas Modern Homes helped us tremendously in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey flooding our home in August of 2017. Jeremy initially helped us with the demo portion of the project to get started drying out the slab and framing. We were so impressed with his knowledge, suggestions and work processes that we contracted him for the entire remodel project. Working through the many constraints present in the Houston area at that time with regard to qualified sub-contractor and materials shortages he still was able to get our home remodel project completed and had us living back in our home by Christmas of that same year. In addition to getting us put back together, Levitas was able to include several upgrades and changes to our kitchen and bathrooms which reflected a more modern and upscale appearance and no doubt added substantial value to our property.
