Brief review to thank David for his professionalism, availability, patience, good counsel and humour throughout our project. We completed a deep retrofit to old property element, with new modern areas added. Brought overall from F to B1 though a considered and professional approach by David and the Builder, who David directly sourced for us. David’s humble but practical and well timed input was the key to success for us, and would highly recommend.

I contracted David Manigo of Hausman Architects in April 2021 to design a garden room/garage and garden. He listened to our requirements and incorporated them all into his design. The project was completed in April 2023. Throughout the process the assistance and support providd by David was invaluable. His enthusiasm for the project sustained us throughout the build. He was always available at the end of a phone, by email or on site when necessary. I can confirm that the results have been life changing as we now have a garden room/garage and garden which has changed the way we live our daily lives and provided spaces for leisure, work and hobbies. No issue was to small, no detail overlooked, all of which contributed to the high end finish we wanted to achieve.

From the moment myself and my wife met David we knew he was going to be the architect for our project. We had met one or two others but David stood out with his enthusiasm, personality, knowledge etc. He designed our project and gave us so many options to choose from. Everytime we changed plans he would re draw the plans and come back to us until we were happy. David did all stages of the design, planning, tendering and made everything so easy for us as we didn’t know what to be doing. We asked David to project mange the build and he did an excellent job. Any time we encountered an issue he was on the phone or arrived at the project with the solution. He delivered everything we asked for and now have our forever home. We have had people knock on the door asking about the project and have recommended David to all.

I couldn't recommend David highly enough. His design for our house was fantastic. We felt he really listened to what we were asking for in terms of what we wanted for our home. But he had some many great ideas that added so much more to the project. He worked with us the whole way through the renovation. His knowledge and expertise were invaluable. He is diligent and very professional. His design ideas and advice were brilliant.

David and Team were a pleasure to deal with during a very challenging project due to Covid, SEAI, Builder and Material delays. We received lots of practical advice from years of experience and the drawings generated for each layout option helped us to make all the right decisions. They were always pleasant and polite to deal with and we would have no hesitation recommending them.

Couldn’t recommend David highly enough. His ideas, his attention to detail, his manner and most importantly the end result were all incredible. He understood our needs and delivered more than we could ever imagine. He continued to monitor the project throughout, liaised with builders and other contractors to ensure perfection throughout. We had a fabulous experience working with David from Hausman Design for our extension and renovation. He really got what we wanted to try and achieve with limited budget and the result has exceeded our expectations.
