“Design Team were excellent from start to finish. We decided to go with them as they offered one point of contact (we had Steven as our designer) and it was very helpful to sit down with him to discuss our brief in more detail at the measured survey. They secured planning permission for our loft conversion, 1st floor extension and garage conversion. We particularly valued their integrated, fixed fee package and not having to employ a separate structural engineer streamlined the process. As the end of the design process they produced a detailed schedule of works which we were able to send to our shortlisted contractors for tender pricing. They were also very helpful and responsive during the build assisting with queries and providing additional information that was requested by Building Control. Highly recommended.”

“Kevin found a practical way to fit in all the spaces we wanted, so our house functions perfectly for our family. He provided 2 very different design options so we could asses the costs involved. Even though we opted for separate rooms rather than too many knock throughs, there is still a feeling of space throughout the whole house because of the way the spaces flow into each other. The bathrooms are an appropriate size adding a feeling of luxury, the utility provides the ideal place to fit a salon chair for me to work from home, and we have the perfect alcove to store our coats and shoes without cluttering up the hallway. Kevin also had some experience and understanding of the planning process in my area, making the design process stress free.”

Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. Dealing with the local authority, building control, structural engineers and the many contractors was done with calm and determination and I now have my dream space.”

“Innovative design ideas with precise attention to detail. “Studio 212.eu Drew interior design specific drawings for our currently on going extension to our home in Chislehurst. I was extremely refreshed by how the initial meeting with them opened up my eyes to how we could utilise our space to maximum. After the drawings were done we got 4 possible options to choose from. They were available with patients to answer any questions, especially for me as I am poor at understanding architectural drawings. They made it easy for me to visualise the end product. It was definitely worth our money. Approachable architects that I’d not hesitate to recommend.”

“Designed a Garden Room extension to the back of a 1960s house in a 20th Century Conservation Area to create an 'integrated living' feel to the ground floor including taking the kitchen into this space. The Architects worked collaboratively with us, taking the design through the Planning process, producing detailed tender documents to enable us to select an appropriate builder. Remaining in the background but available to support us during the construction period.”
