“I have been delighted with the results of two projects where I used Suzanne's services. The first was a family room remodel with new built-ins, fireplace surround, lighting, flooring and furniture. The second was a master bath remodel with large custom shower, double vanity, new tile and flooring, cabinetry, lighting and dressing area. Suzanne is a pleasure to work with, detail oriented and a great problem solver. She is great at space planning and has a wonderful flair for color. “Jeff Spoelker was excellent through the whole process. My wife and I loved the work that he had done when he was with Lyman Perry Assoc. We wanted the Nantucket look even though we were only building on an 18 acre lake. One of his strengths beyond design was bringing ideas to us on types of light fixtures, flooring choices, and even landscape options that would work. For example, as we moved through the planning process, Jeff recommended that we put in a fire pit down by the lake. We would have never thought of it. We have had so much fun using it with friends, family and neighbors. The bottom line for us was we really didn't know what we wanted when we started thinking about building our "dream home". Hiring a good architect is a must. Jeff is one of them!”

“My husband and I are very happy we chose Stoltzfus Drafting and Design. After our initial meeting, we received a very detailed proposal for our kitchen remodel. There were no hidden costs. He assigned a project website that allowed us to provide input, upload product changes and document all elements of the renovation. We found Mel to be very flexible and accommodating throughout the process. He made absolutely sure that we were pleased with every aspect of the project. We did a lot of research on our product selections, and even made several changes which he did not mind. During the renovation Mel was on the job inspecting the work being done and assisting at times. He also met with us throughout the renovation to ensure that we were abreast of their progress with respect to the established timeline. We are very pleased with our renovation and recommend Stoltzfus Drafting and Design very highly.”

“Michael Dolce provided us with plans for a home addition with a deck that exceeded our expectations and provided best cost options. I feel his experience gave us options that we had not considered. He listened to our wish list and designed the addition including all of the little details that I wasn't sure would be possible. He allowed for the addition to take place in several phases as our budget would allow. Mr. Dolce was professional, efficient, and paid attention to our requests.”
