“Scott designed and drafted plans for a master bedroom extension for us. The plans were submitted and approved by the city with no revisions. That was awesome & a relief! He listened to our desires, took time to answer our questions & responded to all our concerns. He is very knowledgeable about codes & rules. He was efficient & his fees were reasonable. “Bill Went to the project and was in the new addition. Vernon was afraid he'd have to provide oxygen-I was so overwhelmed by the space! Thank you for all you have done and are doing To transform the random ideas that we presented you with in the beginning when we really didn't even know what we wanted to the house that is flooded with light and to be in the three dimensional area was beyond anything I had expected To say " job well done" does not do justice to your expertise It must give you a great sense of satisfaction to be seeing the light at the end of the tunnel after all you have had to deal with: famine, pestilence and the city Thank you Joanne”

“first of all great work! I called a couple drafters and most of which didn't answer the phone or return my calls till like a week later. I was able to find pacific drafting and i was able to discuss my project and even set up a consultation the same week. I have to say the process was pretty straight forward I paid my deposit and they got to work 4 months later I have my building permit.”

“Michael Marquez beautifully and skillfully designed an addition to our existing home as well as a cabana house with a landscape design for our back yard. The design to the house addition flows perfectly with the existing home and looks as though it was always meant to be there. The cabana and the improvements in the entertainment design will improve the usefulness of our backyard and we will enjoy it for years to come. The interior layouts met our needs exactly in a way that we could never have imagined on our own. He was wonderful to work with and has become a friend. We have had a wonderful experience.”
