“Daniel Martin designed a deck that spanned the back of our house. The deck included planters, seating, multiple levels, lighting and access from the front of the house. I would describe Danny's designs as understated--a cross between Frank Lloyd Wright and the mission style. The deck was designed for heavy entertaining. He was very focused on designing the deck to fit our needs. Danny even considered natural light and the positioning of the sun on the deck throughout the day as well as designing for privacy. Danny was always open to our feedback and we made several adjustments throughout the project. I would definitely recommend Danny and would definitely hire him again He is a true professional and cared deeply about meeting our needs.”

“Frank Greene is currently the Town Architect for the community of Rosemary Beach and is Principal Architect for his own architecture and community design firm based in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Frank was hired as the Director of Code Compliance for the Forest Lakes Community Association Design Review Board in 2013. It has been a pleasure working with him in the development of the Forest Lakes Community. Frank is very thorough and professional in reviewing new house plans submitted for compliance with the Forest Lakes Design Code and local ordinance. I would highly recommend Frank Greene and Greene Designs as my next architect.”

“We hired Archiscapes to design our dream beach home in Seagrove Beach, Florida. We cannot say enough about the quality of work they produced. Most architects deliver 15 to 25 pages of detail, leaving a lot to be left to interpretation between the owners and the builder. Chris Stoyles and his team produced 90 pages of detailed drawings. Others were going to produce a fraction of this detail, and for a higher price. When the build began they were with us all the way through construction, being onsite at least twice a week, and sometimes every day. I'm a perfectionist and these guys went well beyond our expectations.”
