“We worked with Leaf Design Associates at the suggestion of our builder. The entire experience was a pleasure. We were very clear about what we wanted and Richard was able to translate our wish list into two different sets of drawings and a third suggesting things we had not thought of and a re-design of our kitchen. In the end, we mixed and matched to come up with a final set of plans, including a new kitchen and are thrilled that we did. This was a redesign/addition to a historic home. Richard worked upfront with our builder and excavator to make sure the design worked within the restrictions set by the Historical Commission. The plans were approved by the Commission on first pass and they noted how pleased they were that the addition looked like it belonged on the original house. Overall, an excellent experience and we highly recommend Leaf Design Associates.”

“Could not be happier! Mathew and his staff were very helpful during every phase of the project. They took the time to explain to me and my husband what needed to be done and very often gave us helpful ideas. We went into the project with a strong idea of what we wanted. Mat not only helped us bring those ideas to life, he also offered ways to improve upon those ideas in ways that I could never have thought of. “"Coming in here is like being on holiday" - a comment by an infrequent visitor upon entering our superbly-renovated Cape Cod cottage, designed by Siemasko + Verbridge - our sentiments exactly! Siemasko + Verbridge pay great attention to detail and they listen and also sense just what we needed and would like. We enjoy open spaces, an abundance of sunlight, and wonderful colours, as well as touches that surprise and amuse. This is my favourite home of all time and we take pleasure in it every day and in all seasons. Working with Thad and Jean was a delight and great fun.”

“Bill Hubner is a gifted architect who planned a complicated renovation of my 1700 square foot house, enlarging it to 4100 sq ft. He worked with many limitations and was budget conscious. Bill also has an excellent eye for design and color. His office staff is efficient and he was available to meet with me, my contractor and anyone else I requested. One of Bill's unique strengths was his knowledge of construction itself, which made his work with the contractor and subs more efficient. I would highly recommend Incite Architecture and would definitely use them again if I were to undertake another major project.”
