“Theresa was just wonderful and took all the problems that can come from builders with a new build, sorted them out and only then , when a solution had been found, informed me . She had a site meeting almost every week for the duration and solved so many problems. The build was complex and needed great attention to details which she is so very good at. She has a great personality which managed to get the very best work out of each person as she commanded respect with her wide knowledge of each speciality. I cannot recommend her highly enough”

“Dreyer Architecture worked with us to design and and build a light-filled extension that was sympathetic to our period house, a protected structure from the 1830s. The project involved new kitchen and dining areas, as well as utility room, pantry and bathroom. Almost two years on, I can confidently say it's a great success, changing how we live day to day and use the garden. Kim was always thoughtful, creative and responsive to our needs and ideas, with a reassuring empathy to the existing building in terms of proportions, detailing and materials. And it works wonderfully.”

“PH Design has provided a great and speedy service. A great design has been provided to renovate a 200 year old cottage to update the extension to modern standard. The old part of the cottage has been exposed and preserved to show the original features. Everything was to outstanding quality and precision and planning was granted first time. Couldn't recommend PH Design more!”

“I have used S J Carroll Architects on a few occasions. Initially to conduct detailed surveys and pre-sale advice on on my late fathers house prior to selling and a second property we were buying for my sister. I have always found Simon, very sensitive to your needs and a great listener about ideas and plans with some great suggestions on design. I have been so happy with the all services, I have retained S J Carroll Architects to design and project manage a full renovation of an apartment I own in Nice, France. The designs have been amazing and Simon has managed every step of the way to locate and manage French builders. Completion date will be late summer. I plan to post photos when done. In the meantime, posting photos of the drawings of my late fathers house, Simon assisted us in surveying, providing pre-sale advice and overall drawings.”
