I have extensive experience of getting the best possible use out of restricted urban sites, where every inch counts. It is often a priority to maximise useable space, and this can be achieved through careful design. Where planning permission is required, knowledge and careful consideration of local authority planning policies and local precedents can maximise available space. I design and build to the best standards in materials, detailing, low energy performance and sustainability and take account of your budget to deliver the project. I am based in Dublin 6.
