Green Design Build

I have used the architectural and design services of Green Design Build for the past ten years from architectural design, planning permission and building site oversight for attic conversions, sun room extensions and interior renovations, the latter to maximize energy conservation and ventilation efficiency in my home. Green Design provided a highly professional, timely, efficient, cost-effective and courteous service at all times. I highly recommend this company and would hire again for future work.

Green Design responded to my request to review my ideas and my minds wishes for renovation of a 1920s house. They accepted the project. They made initial designs and I then reviewed their designs of my wishes. My wish was only altered slightly and I'm glad of this alteration. They suggested removing walls of a utility room and incorporate this space into an open plan large room. I choose the final designs. I was then introduced to the build team and quantity survier. Weekly updates on the progress of the build took place. I received advice and support during the product selection process. But was allowed full and independent choices of materials and suppliers. This was important for me. I was updated on each step of work and I could review the work regularly.
