I would highly recommend Ger to anyone that is looking for plans drawn up for their forever home. He listens to what you want and incorporates it into the drawing on the house, his professionalism and honestly I have never seen before, and his detail to perfection makes him stands out from the rest. Even up the last minute before sending in your application to be processed he had no problem changing one or 2 things without any hassle or fuss. Without a doubt a true professional.

We engaged Ger to get us planning permission for our new house. It was a dream from start to finish with Ger taking our initial design and bringing it to reality. He was really hands on and had many great ideas to enhance our home. He looked after the whole process from helping with percolation test to lodging our planning application. Ger didnt finish the job and was more interested in getting money that completing the job. After he was paid full amount he then ensured me plans were sent but i never received, 3 months later he said they were in outbox and sent but without an apology. Very disappointed with work and had to look elsewhere to get completed.

Drawings for attic conversion

From start to finish Ger was very professional. He gave us great ideas on how to convert our attic. Made relevant changes where was needed and provided a great service.
