I can not recommend Ciaran Grogan Construction highly enough. The quality of their work and the level of professionalism shown at each stage of the build was second to none. Just as important on a house build was the communication we had with the firm. Ciaran was always available to meet or talk when issues arose or when we needed to alter the plans or discuss a query. When deadlines had to be met the entire team stepped up and pulled out all the stops in order to get things done. We are very happy with the finished building and had a really good experience dealing with the builders. I would definitely use Ciaran Grogan Construction again.

Ciaran acted as a project manager on our build I experienced greater control over suppliers and sub contractors while getting a top class finish . We achieved all this while still making massive savings as a result of Ciaran’s expertise and contacts .
