Contacted Yardpods regarding a backyard 14X8 pool cabana and office. Malcom (Mr. YP) is extremely knowledgable, helpful, patient, and accomodating re: design revisions and upon final approval YP is timely and conscientious. Malcom assisted the process every step of the way and Jim efficiently erected the cabana. The Sip panels will make this a very toasty space this winter. A pleasure to work with both of them and two thumbs up to the YP experience!

We purchased a YardPod to use as my office and I have been thrilled with not only the quality, but the value the YardPod has been for us. The company did everything as promised and out performed all of our expectations. In fact I am sitting at my desk in the YardPod and writing this email. If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn't change a thing. It's a great space and we love it!

I love my YardPod! For years we debated over adding square footage to our petite (1,000 sq ft) Berkeley home, but the cost of just getting a little more wiggle room in the house was unjustifiable. Until now, market options for free-standing structures for the yard were either unnecessarily luxurious and cost-prohibitive or junky, drafty sheds. The YardPod was the perfect compromise. I have a highly insulated, stylish, fully wired, customized space for my office and craft work that gives us the breathing room we needed. We can shift the function of the space as our family gets older, to serve as an extra sleeping or meditative space, man cave, art studio, whatever we need. Malcolm and his team were easy to work with, professional and personable, and quick to understand what we were looking for. And from first contact to move-in was under 2 months, with delays coming from our family's schedules, not from YardPod. All in all, a very satisfying experience!
