You won't find another builder with Ryan's attention to detail and quality - he doesn't cut corners or scrimp on materials. You can tell immediately when you walk in that his builds are simply a cut above the rest. He's honest, trustworthy, and stands by his warranty. We've owned four houses and his was FAR superior in every aspect - quality, design, materials, ingenuity, etc. We worked with him customize, design, and build a 4700 sq ft house in early 2021. He seamlessly guided us through the build process and all of his advice was spot-on. (We built during the pandemic when materials were scarce and projects were being delayed by 2x. So imagine our shock when Ryan delivered ahead of schedule!) We worked with large, well known builders in the past and were shocked at the lack of quality/service. Small business owners like Ryan take pride in their work and will provide white-glove service. There was a stark difference working with large builders vs. Ryan, and if we ever decide to build again, it'll 100% be with Ryan.

I am one of the subcontractors that works on the houses for RD Homes. I have done some custom homes and some spec homes over the years for RD Homes. They are very easy to work with but also have very high expectations with the homes they build. They don't build houses, they build homes actually. Ryan and his team are very detail oriented and are constantly on site to make sure high standards are met. I am involved as early as framing but I am usually one of the last people out so I see the whole process. I would have to say his builds are better then most in the industry. If you are shopping for a custom home builder and get three bids, make sure one is from Ryan. Ryan is RD Homes.

RD Homes built our home in Kirkland, WA in 2022. We had an excellent experience. RD has been nothing but exceptional throughout the process. We have loved the work that RD Construction has done for us. Home is beautiful, workmanship is awesome. In "Extra-Mile" fashion, the support after the home purchase has been exemplary. There were a few very minor issues and they worked to make sure that we were more than satisfied. More than 6 months after the purchase, they have still been responsive to requests for support and information. Great and kind team, everyone involved has been awesome in every way. Highly recommend them.

Ryan builds high quality homes regardless of price point. Also, patient and willing to work with the buyer's special requests for reasonable modifications to existing floor plans and finishes.

When I walked into RD Construction home for the first time I was mesmerized by the finishes. Ryan has amazing tastes from the beautiful kitchen with the top rated appliances to the master bathroom with 5 shower heads and beautiful tile wall. We have lived in the home for 2 months and very happy with the house and building quality. RD's team is very professional and when we've had issues they've been available to help fix them.

RD Construction has been great. We purchased an already-completed new home built by RD Construction, and the support before, during, and long after the sale has been very attentive and thoughtful. High quality finishes, great attention to detail, and work they stand by. Highly recommended, and we will be working with them for our detached ADU as well as future projects.

The craftsmanship and quality is evident immediately upon entering an RD Construction home. As a home stager, I have had the pleasure of preparing one of his model homes for sale, and I have toured completed projects. The attention to detail within is outstanding, and the floor plans are well-thought out and very welcoming. A buyer will be very lucky to live in a home built by RD Construction!

RD contsruction did our master bath remodel project. We did the demo ourselves and had most everything from tile to cabinetry to fixtures picked out and purchased prior to hiring RD construction. The owner Ryan is very conscientious and is highly concerned about making his customers happy. Ryan had several good ideas for our project and was able to understand our ideas and wishes and make them into reality. He was on time and worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. Rating of his subs: excellent framer, window supplier, plumber, electrician, finish carpenter and glass shower door supplier. Average dry waller. Below average tile sub. If you're planning on hiring RD Construction I cannot recommend tile sub Randy.

Ryan and his crew did an excellent job. Project turned out better than we expected. Crew was always polite and cleaned up after themselves. We would definitely use him for projects in the future.

Ryan is good at keeping both cost and time in check when he worked on our home expansion project in 2012 summer. I was amazed that our total cost and finishing date both came really close to what he initially estimated. He took proud in his work - paying attention to details and not willing to let small things go. As a result, the newly added part of our house has much better construction quality than the original part (which was newly constructed in 2007/2008). He has great personality and is really fun to talk to. The crews that he hired were all professionals - they got work done on time with quality. I would recommend him to anyone who is considering hiring a GC.

Awesome! Ryan redid my kitchen - floors, counters, cabinets, the works. Quick, beautiful work, great customer service, solid advice, resolved an issue that was his sub-contractor's fault at NO cost and NO hassle to me. I have recommended RD Construction many times and will continue to do so. TRUSTWORTHY and really reliable.

RD Construction recently did an entire remodel of every room in our home, including a 2' external wall bump-out in our kitchen. The quality of work, attention to detail, and the ability to listen and really hear the customer's wants (and be able to anticipate their needs!) is what sets RD Construction apart from any other contractor. They are top notch. Ryan had the foresight to anticipate features that I hadn't initially thought of - that are some of our very favorite features of the home today (i.e. under-counter lighting, auto-lights in the pantry and heated bathroom floors). I can't say enough good things about RD Construction, but a few of the things I appreciated the most throughout the process was: they were on time, on budget, had contractors here every single day and delivered with very high quality. An entire house remodel can be extremely stressful for homeowners, yet Ryan understood and stayed steady - keeping everything calm and moving forward. Ryan sincerely cares about his clients and the quality of his work - and the love for what he does shines clearly in what he delivers in quality. Highly recommend. I would hire RD Construction without question for my next construction project.

RD Construction provided excellent service for our bathroom remodel. They gave an estimate we could count on, the workers were prompt when they said they would be at our home. They finished the job on the planned schedule, and left the work site clean when finished. I appreciated having a good source for suggestions when we were unsure of the best materials to use for the desired outcome. We've used RD Construction for several projects over the last few years. They set a high bar for quality, are always finished on time, and have always been on budget. RD Construction puts high value in honest and fair pricing and sticks to it. In practice, this means their bid might not be the rock-bottom cheapest, however it also means you won't be surprised in the end with additional charges or hidden "oh, that was extra - our bid was only for the low-quality finish, etc." However the reality has been that RD Construction has often been near the low end pricing-wise. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

RD Construction has done two jobs on our home, and both came in on time and on budget. Ryan is very professional, and provides high quality service. Additionally, he is very hands on, and kept me informed of everything that was happening throughout both projects. I will definitely be hiring him again for the next job I have!
