√S「シンプリィ」は、住まい手に合わせながら間取りを変えてゆく「可変型住宅」を基本コンセプトとして設計しました。
部屋をカタチ作る間仕切りは簡易的なパーテーションを思わせるかのような壁として造作し、一般的なDIYにも使用される金物を採用することで住まい手が自ら間取りを変えることも可能です。
「シンプリィ」というひとつの空間がいつも家族を繋ぎます。
