Whole house remodel
An old window opening into a hallway from the TV room was more "open" than the client desired. He wanted privacy while watching TV, but also wanted the security of knowing who was walking down the hallway. We used pine latillas screwed to a modified 2 x 4 at the top and bottom to create a type of screen that achieved the purposes of the client. The double corbel shelf lends a bit more Southwestern flare.
