Wadsworth - Private residence
This was the first phase of a master plan design approach to renovate the existing house. This phase included a new kitchen and laundry room layout to fit the family's needs and to act as the hub of the house. The centerpiece of the kitchen is an oversized island that is used as a breakfast bar and prep area. The kitchen island is a dark wood stain in contrast to the white perimeter cabinets. The perimeter of the kitchen houses a large sink, six burner cook top, a double oven and an oversized refrigerator. The new design maintained access to a side deck. A new beverage center was added between the new kitchen and the existing dining room. New wood floors completed the renovation.
