The 1940's Period-Style House
In order to capture the feel of a new home built 85 years previously, new materials were mixed with original hardware and style, including new hardwood floors, a new door with antique hardware, and new curtains and shades with fabric and stitching in a style known in 1940. The chairs and sofa, likewise, are original pieces that have been newly upholstered.
