Shaker Transitional
The working side of the island houses a Sharp microwave drawer, a cabinet for tray and cooking sheet storage and more drawer storage for pots/pans/other large items. The cabinet on the right contains Wellborn's hide-a-mixer shelf kit with a lift for that big, heavy Kitchenaid mixer. We wrapped the bottom of the island with base molding for a more finished, furniture look.
