SEATING AREA NICHE

Seating Area Niche is located between an upper and lower retaining wall. Wall and pilaster construction is stucco over reinforced cinder block. Stucco applied in a flat texture finish. Color: Crystal White. Caps are poured-in-place smooth finish concrete. Steps and Cap Color: San Simeon. Deck surface uses 1/4"-3/8" Creston Blonde Pebbles.
