This shower room was in a building over 200 years old. When we stripped it out we found rotting timber lintels and wall plates so the roof had to be supported whilst we replaced them and stabilised the walls too.
This space now allows the owners to shower easily without struggling.
A custom extract system had to be designed as the sloping roof meant conventional extract ducting wasn't possible. The new system works very effectively with the only noise being air movement.
The single sheet of glass that is the screen, is treated on the inside with Ritec. This prevents lime scale build up making it easy to keep clean.
