Cyr Kitchen and BathThis bathroom community project remodel was designed by Jeff from our Manchester showroom and Building Home for Dreams for Marines organization. This remodel features six drawer and one door vanity with recessed panel door style and brown stain finish. It also features matching medicine cabinet frame, a granite counter top with a yellow color and standard square edge. Other features include shower unit with seat, handicap accessible shower base and chrome plumbing fixtures and hardware.
LuxeMark CompanyWhat started as a crawl space grew into an incredible living space! As a professional home organizer the homeowner, Justine Woodworth, is accustomed to looking through the chaos and seeing something amazing. Fortunately she was able to team up with a builder that could see it too. What was created is a space that feels like it was always part of the house.
The new wet bar is equipped with a beverage fridge, ice maker, and locked liquor storage. The full bath offers a place to shower off when coming in from the pool and we installed a matching hutch in the rec room to house games and sound equipment.

The Buckingham GroupThis design/build project involved taking an existing space and converting it into a master bathroom with his and hers vanities. Her vanity has a finished height of 32" and his 36" to reflect the differences between the husband and wife. The twin shower and private stool compartment provide both the privacy and the ability for showering together. The glass block window allows light to flow into the bathroom yet provides the privacy that owner requested. The programmable whirlpool is one segment of the overall whole house home automation system. It provides the owner with the capability of calling home, turning on music and having the tub fill with warm water for a relaxing evening. The programmable heated floor takes the chill away in the winter months and provides toasty toes.
McCabe By Design LLCIn this very compact guest/powder room bath (51 sq. ft), a Calacatta gold marble countertop, backsplash, shower threshold, shower niche and wall caps are seamlessly combined with a Calacatta gold porcelain wall and shower pan tile for the shower and vanity. A 12" round undermount Bates & Bates Donna sink was paired with an off-set single lever Grohe Allure faucet. A wall hung Lyptus sink base with Schaub Italian Design Mosaic cabinet pulls is complimented by a matching custom medicine cabinet which is recessed into the wall with the appearance of a simple mirror frame. Hinged LED vertical lights are mounted on the medicine cabinet frame, allowing the user to angle the lights in for perfect grooming illumination. Project includes a round bowl Toto Entrada toilet and Vallsan decorative hardware.
