Rear Elevation - JER Residence
This new 5,400 sq. ft. house was designed for a retired empty nest couple. It is located at the crest of a hill overlooking Washington Golf Course. The client requested a contemporary design, yet respectful to its traditional neighboring homes. The plan is compact and vertically organized in response to the narrow steep sloping lot. The master suite and main living spaces are on the upper level. All guest rooms are on the main entry level. The family room and utility spaces are below.
