Quince Street Bathroom Remodel
We just finished up a bathroom design/build in east Denver! This Quince Street remodel is so precious. We’ve taken an absurdly, haphazardly organized bathroom and designed it into a chic, functional space. Green walls were replaced with a contemporary gray palette and white subway tiles adorn the shower (rather than the vinyl, moldy tile that had previously inhabited the stall..). We installed a brand new, 6’ long whirlpool tub with a gorgeous three-panel sliding glass door. The crisp whites of the space are paired with clean chrome in the plumbing fixtures and accessories. We’ve utilized wood-look porcelain tiles on the floor for the warmth and modernity of wood without the surface fragility. These tiles can get wet, are durable, and can be cleaned easily. The bathroom also hosts a beautiful new contemporary vanity with a marble top and undermount white porcelain sink. Of all the disastrous things in the original space, we did find one charm: the original vintage light hanging over the vanity. This space was designed to be super affordable for the client and was completed for less than $7,000.00. That includes all materials, labor, and design time. Yay team!
