Full planning permission granted for a large rear/side extension in Llantarnam, Cwmbran for a very happy client.
Proposals include significant extension to rear of property adding a master bedroom, inset balcony and a walk in wardrobe upstairs while a re-configured family bathroom along with the addition of a Jack & Jill En-Suite Bathroom between the existing adjoining bedrooms means that the house now has ample bathroom space. Significant alterations to the ground floor have resulted in an additional bedroom and En-suite for visiting family along with extensively extended kitchen and family living spaces as well as a gym/wellness suite to the rear and an office to the front/side.
Full pack of B-Reg and Construction information produced and works commenced on site in late 2021. Completion due end of Summer 2022.
