Sitting within a 100’ buffer of historic New England wetland, sensitivity to the natural environment led the design of this private residence. The added deck and pool maximize views of the conservation area and providing opportunity for observation and contemplation. The existing wetland meadow is enhanced and increased through a careful mowing schedule and additions of native perennials.
