This is a very small house that was in its original condition prior to renovation. It is situated in a very popular area called Little Italy, but was desperate for an upgrade.
In the kitchen I wanted to make the space feel more open so to achieve a more open feel I chose to reduce the amount of overhead cabinets yet maximize on storage space. Often people don't realize how much storage you can get in a narrow cupboard plus you don't lose things at the back! The floor to ceiling narrow pantry - 11" - 15" in depth gives lots of storage and by going to the ceiling gives a nice clean look.
