The new space that has been created just off the dining room to the rear of the property, lined with light birch ply, the space enjoys a skylight above and a large window overlooking the garden which flood the room with natural daylight. The floor has been raised and covered by floor cushions, to create a relaxation space - it can be a chill out space, or if you lift the floor a jacuzzi bath is concealed underneath.

The lighting solution for the stunning indoor pool utilised plaster-in ceiling lighting set at random positions and angles to create a funky, edgy look.

Bei dem Umbau dieses Lofts wurde das Dachgeschoss mit einer Gartenanlage und einem Schwimmbecken ausgestattet. Das Becken aus Styrodur-Systemsteinen ist 4,50 m x 2,50 m groß. An einer Beckenseite läuft das Badewasser in ein angrenzendes Kaskadenbecken und von dort in ein schmales, lang gezogenes Dekobecken. Das Becken ist mit hellblauer Schwimmbadfolie ausgekleidet und der Kaskadenüberlauf mit Feinsteinzeug belegt. Der Beckeneinstieg erfolgt über das Sitzpodest, in das Massagedüsen integriert sind. Farblichtunterwasserscheinwerfer lassen das Schwimmbecken in den unterschiedlichsten Farben erleuchten. Das Schwimmbecken wird durch eine Wärmepumpe beheizt. Um auch bei kälteren Temperaturen, bei denen eine Wärmepumpe uneffektiv ist, dient ein Elektroheizer zur Beckenbeheizung.
