Period London townhouse - engineered oak floor
The owners of this period townhouse property in central London were looking for a characterful oak floor that added warmth and colour whilst complimenting the neutral whites of the walls and ceilings.
The open plan living space incorporated a designated dining area positioned between the lounge and rear kitchen.
The clients opted to use this grey/brown oak board throughout the ground floor bringing continuity to the space.
We suggested a brushed and naturally oiled finish as this would be much more forgiving when subjected to the normal wear and tear of a busy family home.
Periodic cleaning and regular maintenance will ensure that the floor remains in good condition throughout its life.
