This oceanfront condominium was completely gutted and re-designed, including this large chef's kitchen with custom cabinetry, panel-ready appliances, marble counters and mother of pearl accent tile. Unique features include tongue-and-groove distressed wood ceiling, mercury glass pendant lighting, and polished nickel hardware. The former kitchen was approximately 10' x 14', while the new kitchen footprint, which includes a wet bar, hidden laundry, and multi-purpose storage area, is approximately 40' x 20'.
