Orange Bedroom with Multi-coloured Walls Ideas and Designs

Dans cet appartement familial de 150 m², l’objectif était de rénover l’ensemble des pièces pour les rendre fonctionnelles et chaleureuses, en associant des matériaux naturels à une palette de couleurs harmonieuses. Dans la cuisine et le salon, nous avons misé sur du bois clair naturel marié avec des tons pastel et des meubles tendance. De nombreux rangements sur mesure ont été réalisés dans les couloirs pour optimiser tous les espaces disponibles. Le papier peint à motifs fait écho aux lignes arrondies de la porte verrière réalisée sur mesure. Dans les chambres, on retrouve des couleurs chaudes qui renforcent l’esprit vacances de l’appartement. Les salles de bain et la buanderie sont également dans des tons de vert naturel associés à du bois brut. La robinetterie noire, toute en contraste, apporte une touche de modernité. Un appartement où il fait bon vivre !

In the larger guest room, I wanted to keep the space light and airy, keeping the space inviting to the many visitors who will stay in this room. The joyful pastel colours bring lightness and style.

The brief for this project was to marry the traditional old Cotswold house with the modern extension. We used fabrics to translate this concept, through the use of bold colours and modern patterns, in order to unite the old with the new. Each room brings together new colours and patterns to evoke a new mood and story throughout the house.

A gorgeous young chap, 7 years old and curious about the world - bursting with colour and energy. That's Alexi and he needed a bedroom makeover. The riot of colour provided by the wallpaper gives this room the kick I was looking for, the vintage style works beautifully with the rose gold bed and was the perfect way to incorporate colour without risking a room that felt "too young' down the track. A smart desk space and huge felt dot pinboards give Alexi the space to be creative and enjoy the fruits of his labour. Photography by Inward Outward
