In this case, using the same monochromatic color palette and Natural Maple Cabinets for the island that spans the kitchen’s spaces will make the space feel bigger. The Natural Maple Cabinets is used on the base of the islands and the cabinets, allowing the eye to keep moving throughout.
The bookshelves create a visual barrier to the stove and sink areas. Nothing enhances a Modern, gourmet kitchen quite like a playful pop of green and orange.
