In the quite streets of southern Studio city a new, cozy and sub bathed bungalow was designed and built by us.
The white stucco with the blue entrance doors (blue will be a color that resonated throughout the project) work well with the modern sconce lights.
Inside you will find larger than normal kitchen for an ADU due to the smart L-shape design with extra compact appliances.
The roof is vaulted hip roof (4 different slopes rising to the center) with a nice decorative white beam cutting through the space.
The bathroom boasts a large shower and a compact vanity unit.
Everything that a guest or a renter will need in a simple yet well designed and decorated garage conversion.

We converted the original 1920's 240 SF garage into a Poetry/Writing Studio by removing the flat roof, and adding a cathedral-ceiling gable roof, with a loft sleeping space reached by library ladder. The kitchenette is minimal--sink, under-counter refrigerator and hot plate. Behind the frosted glass folding door on the left, the toilet, on the right, a shower.

Erinn loves jewelry and had a beautiful collection that looks like a piece of art when displayed. She had a wood frame, so we designed and built a vertical display piece that would showcase her collection and save space.

Together with each child we came up with incredible concepts and colour schemes. The occupant of this room just loves space and has a galaxy theme!
Here, within our HomeByMe 3D renders we were able to show our client how the wallpaper would look (Photowall_sweden galaxy wallpaper) before she committed to buying it. The Mobelaris egg-shaped ball chair, sleek Tikamoon flat teak bed and added under bed lighting give the room a really cosmic space age look! We chose these because they will age well and (if and) when the occupant would like a different feel, the furniture won't need to be changed. Bespoke wardrobes have been designed to be built in to perfectly fit the angled ceiling and use the available space efficiently. We even found matching galaxy printed pillows and throws for the accessories.

Mastering prevalent and pivotal mid-century style, the Clarke bedroom collection brilliantly represents why we love a good reboot. Made in California by third-generation craftsmen, this solid wood set unveils the natural beauty of locally harvested Pacific Coast Maple. Pure forms stay true to the pioneering movement’s core values of quality, simplicity and function, while bright accents bring vibrant energy to this space.
Take II staging & redesign
Sometimes a mismatched piece of furniture needs to stay in our redesign projects. In this case it was the chaise lounge. That was not a problem. Note how colorful pillows and a couple throws help to conceal the upholstery and
allows the chaise to fit well into the space.

Looking for a balanced style that's cool for kids but still feels cohesive and contemporary? Start with neutral and modern furniture pieces that will easily grow with children and match virtually any style. Then, add bright, playful colors and patterns. Polka dots, stripes and floral prints are great for a little girls' room. Throw pillows are also a must--they add comfort and color. Choose one or two smaller pillows to bring a rich or eye-catching color into the mix.
Textures like a fleecy white rug and soft throw blankets give the design a youthful flair. Lime and cream striped boxes are the perfect storage solution for toys and clothes. They're durable and easy for kids to access.
If you don't want store-bought wall art, consider framing art made by the kids themselves. They'll love to see their work as part of the decor!
