Renovated bathroom featuring a floating vanity with custom infinity sink. The 1920s curved ceiling was preserved and finished in Carrerra plaster, adding a bit of sparkle that reflects the natural light.
James Patrick Walters
Interior designer Jim Walters created a Roman-style shower area styled like an outdoor pavilion. Tile columns at four corners support a pyramid skylight that opens electronically and floods the space with sunshine.

We turned this 1954 Hermosa beachfront home's master bathroom into a modern nautical bathroom. The bathroom is a perfect square and measures 7" 6'. The master bathroom had a red/black shower, the toilet took up half of the space, and there was no vanity. We relocated the shower closer to the window and added more space for the shower enclosure with a low-bearing wall, and two custom shower niches. The toilet is now located closer to the entryway with the new shower ventilation system and recessed lights above. The beautiful shaker vanity has a luminous white marble countertop and a blue glass sink bowl. The large built-in LED mirror sits above the vanity along with a set of four glass wall mount vanity lights. We kept the beautiful wood ceiling and revived its beautiful dark brown finish.

In our master bathroom, we wanted to refresh the design without changing the cabinetry or layout. Every piece of tile in this beautiful Santa Barbara-style home is intentional and unique. Starting with a unique floral tile that runs across the bathroom wall into the shower, where it meets our featured green subway tile laid in a herringbone pattern. The heated bathroom floor is a mix and match of different colored hexagons that pull colors from the shower wall and the floral design.
The newly chosen hardware is umbrio, a bronze finish with prominent copper highlights, and our plumbing fixtures are venetian bronze to match. The mirrors were reused and painted black to go with our backsplash. And last but not least a beautiful copper bathtub to bring it all together.

Completed in conbination with a master suite finish upgrade. This was a gutt and remodel. Tuscan inspired 3-room master bathroom. 3 vanities. His and hers vanityies in the main space plus a vessel sink vanity adjacent to the toilet and shower. Tub room features a make-up vanity and storage cabinets. Granite countertops. Decorative stone mosaics and oil rubbed bronze hardware and fixtures. Arches help recenter an asymmetrical space. Existing white exterior windows were custom stained with wood grain look.

Welcome to your own Mediterranean oasis! Step into a bathroom that captures the timeless beauty and relaxed elegance of the Mediterranean region. Inspired by the sun-kissed coastlines and charming villas, this Mediterranean-style bathroom brings a touch of warmth, serenity, and old-world charm to your daily rituals.
Rich earthy tones, such as terracotta, warm beige, and sandy hues, create a soothing backdrop, reminiscent of Mediterranean landscapes. Crisp white accents provide a refreshing contrast and evoke the image of whitewashed coastal villages. The use of natural materials like stone, marble, and rustic wood adds an authentic touch, connecting you to the raw beauty of the Mediterranean.

Master Bathroom Remodel, took a 90's track house bathroom with heavy soffits and L-shaped vanity - and turned it into a Modern Spanish Revival inspired oasis, with two arched openings framing personal vanities with furniture grade details. Iron sconces flank arched dressing mirrors. Custom hand-painted terra-cotta tile backsplash. The shower was expanded and a foot ledge pony wall separates the shower from the space for a freestanding soaking tub. The shower is tiled with an accent of hand-painted terra-cotta tiles, balanced by other budget friendly tiles and materials. Terracotta shower floor and floor tile ground the space with authentic Mediterranean flavor.
