Echelon Builders, FLThe initial impression upon entering the foyer is that of drama as seen in the two story bay windows overlooking the river and pool, along with a traditional cast stone, two story fireplace, a curved, custom, iron stair rail, a second floor bridge overlooking the living room, niches, and Corinthian columns.
On the inside of the home rather than more formal spaces, the contemporary essence is seen in its large, open, and connected spaces with a monochromatic color palate. This style is both family and entertaining friendly. Татьяна Фисенко | ArchiFormaПроект двухэтажного дома площадью 250 кв.м. был спроектирован и реализован за 9 месяцев в общей сложности. Это дом для молодой семьи с двумя детьми. Хозяйка дома предпочитает современную классику, поэтому мы использовали в отделке интерьера филенчатые фасады, линкрусту, молдинги на стенах, декоративную штукатурку и керамогранит под мрамор для покрытия пола в гостиной. Преимуществом зоны гостиной в этом проекте были окна в пол, которые наполнили помещение светом, высокие потолки и большая площадь. Мы ввели акцентный синий оттенок в стулья, диван и журнальный столик. Ниши на потолке выделены декоративным покрытием достаточно насыщенного оттенка, но это не сделало потолки их визуально ниже, а скорее гармонично связало оттенки стен и мебели.
Alessandro DipierroIl soggiorno e la seconda camera da letto (convertita in sala studio/ospiti) sono stati messi in collegamento, creando uno spazio più fluido. Volendo mantenere la funzione dei singoli ambienti è stato realizzato un pannello scenografico che all’occorrenza funge da porta divisoria.

В этой просторной, светлой современной квартире живёт семья из 4-х человек: родители, двое детей и кот. Совместная работа заказчиков и архитектора над этим объектом началась на этапе выбора конкретной квартиры в данном жилом комплексе и близлежащих домах. Данный объект привлёк своим расположением, достаточно вариативной планировкой и , главное, потрясающим видом из окна на Москву с высоты 28-го этажа.
Интерьер оформлен в современном стиле, в то же время, достаточно традиционно. Квартира получила чёткое зонирование на приватную и общую зоны. Части квартиры разделены между собой при помощи задвижной двери, которая, как и прилегающие стены, покрыта авторской росписью. При закрытой двери, рисунок служит украшением холла. Также на него ориентирована ось гостиной с обеденным столом. Парадность пространства подчёркивается также рисунком пола , потолка, подобранными светильниками.
Кухня и санузлы не изменили своих изначальных положений по плану БТИ. Особенно ценно то, что в кухню можно попасть и из холла и из гостиной. При желании, дверь гостиной закрывается и кухня становится полностью изолированной. Удобство планировки определяется ещё и наличием просторных гардеробных, дополнительных мест хранения. Для каждого члена семьи предусмотрено личное пространство, приспособленной для учёбы, работы или хобби. Санузлы в приватной зоне условно разделены на « взрослый» и « детский», что отражено в их оформлении. Также в парадной и приватных зонах отличаются двери . Мебель для квартиры изготавливалась в основном по эскизам архитектора, что позволило максимально полно использовать пространство и учесть нюансы планировки.
На протяжении всего процесса работы заказчики очень плотно и эффективно взаимодействовали с архитектором, что позволило максимально учесть пожелания и сделать очень индивидуальную квартиру именно для данной семьи.

Большая квартира расположена на бывшем техническом этаже современного жилого дома. Заказчиком являлся молодой человек, который поставил перед архитектором множество не стандартных задач. При проектировании были решены достаточно сложные задачи устройства световых фонарей в крыше, увеличения имеющихся оконных проёмов. Благодаря этому, пространство стало совершенно уникальным. В квартире появился живой камин, водопад, настоящая баня на дровах, спортзал со специальным покрытием пола. На полах и в оформлении стен санузлов использована метлахская плитка с традиционным орнаментом. Мебель выполнена в основном по индивидуальному проекту.
Технические решения, принятые при проектировании данного объекта, также стандартными не назовёшь. Здесь сложная система вентиляции, гидро и звукоизоляции, особенные приёмы при устройстве электрики и слаботочных сетей.
