Love Your Room LLCThis room as an unused dining room. This couple loves to entertain so we designed the room to be dramatic to look at, and allow for movable seating, and of course, a very sexy functional custom bar.

Blue accent chairs add a pop of color to the space. The black and white berber rug matches the patterned wallpaper and draperies. Gold accents and a gold chandelier finish off the space.
Caroline Couzens Design LtdA lounge area oozing period style and charm. The tired woodchip wallpaper and jaded brilliant white paint has been replaced with palette of Dulux Heritage paints in warm earth tones. Sensitive paint treatments to the wooden fire surround allows it to take centre stage.

昼間は明るい光が入る掃き出し窓からウッドデッキへと繋がり、気候のいい日はBBQを楽しめます。夜は一転、ブルックリンのバーのような雰囲気に変わり、日常でありながら、どこか非日常感を楽しめます。
株式会社REGARD（リガード）「子どもが遊べる家」をテーマとしたLDK。階段下にアーチ状の子ども用のトンネルを設けました。ここを抜けると手洗いコーナーなどがあります。階段頭上の2階の床の一部をロープ張りにしてアスレチックのように遊べるスペースとしました。

株式会社REGARD（リガード）二面に開いたワイドスパンの窓から光が射し込み、広々としていて心地がいい2階のセカンドリビング。「子どもがもう少し大きくなったら、好きなだけ走り回れるように、ここはプレイルームにしようと思っています」とKさま。部屋のサイドには収納があり、内装壁を入れれば2部屋にわけることもできます。
