A beautifully designed open-plan living and kitchen space created to maximise light, views, and everyday functionality. Full-height bespoke joinery bookshelves form a striking feature wall while incorporating excellent hidden storage for a clean and uncluttered finish. Expansive glazing stretches across the elevation to capture stunning sea views and flood the interior with natural light. A sophisticated palette of navy blue and white is complemented by warm brown floor tiles, adding depth and character. Developed in close collaboration with the client and joiner, every detail was carefully tailored to meet the client’s expectations with both style and practicality in mind.

Para el salón de este apartamento para alquiler turístico se usaron colores marrones y blancos, para que integran bien con el techo de madera y las puertas balconeras que ya estaban. La alfombra es de vinilo para que pueda limpiarse bien y el sofá es sofá-cama para poder alojar a más huéspedes. Interiorista: Ana Fernández. Fotógrafo: Ángelo Rodríguez.

Al fine di sfruttare ogni centimetro a disposizione la cucina è stato interamente progettata su misura, così come il divano modulabile che presenta da un lato le sedute per mangiare, quando viene aperta la consolle, e dal lato opposto le sedute per vedere tv. Il controsoffitto scuro introduce verso la cucina, mentre le pareti ed il soffitto della zona soggiorno sono state dipinnte di bianco. La parete attrezzata, progettata anch'essa su misura, riprende i colori della cucina, con l'aggiunta di alcune finiture in bambù.

Los clientes de este ático confirmaron en nosotros para unir dos viviendas en una reforma integral 100% loft47. Esta vivienda de carácter eclético se divide en dos zonas diferenciadas, la zona living y la zona noche. La zona living, un espacio completamente abierto, se encuentra presidido por una gran isla donde se combinan lacas metalizadas con una elegante encimera en porcelánico negro. La zona noche y la zona living se encuentra conectado por un pasillo con puertas en carpintería metálica. En la zona noche destacan las puertas correderas de suelo a techo, así como el cuidado diseño del baño de la habitación de matrimonio con detalles de grifería empotrada en negro, y mampara en cristal fumé. Ambas zonas quedan enmarcadas por dos grandes terrazas, donde la familia podrá disfrutar de esta nueva casa diseñada completamente a sus necesidades
