Listed House in Bedford Park
We removed the studio wall formerly at the left side of this photo and rebuilt the link, adding a continuous bank of Vitral stainless steel framed rooflights, some of which are electronically openable. To make the space feel more fluid and modern within the restrictions of a listed building, we curved down the ceiling to enclose the beam over the new opening.
