This spec. home constructed in the late '90's was ready for a major update of finishes and spaces. The existing kitchen and family room were opened up to create a great room, with island, addition of a bay window and window seat to take advantage of Puget Sound views to the west, and a home office. An existing gas fireplace was removed and the gas line was taken advantage of for a new gas range.
